Our dishes are chef-created, incredibly decadent and extremely satisfying. You’ll want to try everything!

1. The Café
With gigantic windows that take in the breathtaking Palomar Mountain Range, you can enjoy an eclectic mix of all-American and Asian specialties at The Café. Whether you’re looking for a hearty steak-and-egg breakfast, our signature Belgian waffle or a homemade dessert, we’re ready for you seven days a week.
Check out our burgers and sandwiches. We add little twists to classics that’ll turn your head. For example, the crispy chicken sandwich includes togarashi, a popular Japanese seven-spice blend that includes red chili pepper, roasted citrus peel, sesame seeds and ginger. Add some miso aioli, and it’s perfection.
We’d be remiss by not mentioning the white chocolate cherry cheesecake too — simply impossible to pass up.
2. Patties & Pints
The vibe is more modern and upscale at Pattie’s & Pints. Here you can find a wide variety of handcrafted burgers, deep-dish pizzas, our extensive list of draft beers and our shakes with a twist. Start your meal with an appetizer — beer-brined chicken tenders or wings, firecracker shrimp that’ll wake up your taste buds and shrimp ceviche with spicy clamato broth are all ready to prime your palate.
For the main course, choose your patty: either signature Brandt beef, a grilled chicken breast or an Impossible Burger. It’s hard to choose a favorite burger, so why not try them all? Both burgers and pizzas are modeled after a different city or region, so everything is sure to please!
3. The Buffet
We are extra proud of this one — voted California’s best buffet, you can enjoy endless options. The Buffet at Valley View Casino also operates differently from other buffets. Instead of standing in line and waiting to make your choices, we come to you at the table.
The star of the show is the steamed Maine Lobster tails, but the menu is incredibly expansive. It’ll be a long time and many visits before you can say you’ve tried everything. The seafood extravaganza continues with chilled Mediterranean seafood salad, lobster pot pie, steamed Alaskan crab legs, surf & turf and more.
Check out our South of the Border street tacos with spicy and savory flavors. And from the carving board, choose from all kinds of delectable meats. The Italian kitchen is always on point as well. You’re sure to find something you love.

4. Black & Blue Steakhouse
Black & Blue Steakhouse is San Diego’s finest steakhouse, an award-winning establishment with first-class guest service. You won’t be able to miss the 3,300-gallon saltwater aquarium in the lounge. Start there with a drink or two to admire the tranquil sea life, and then move into the dining room for peak dining experiences.
This menu is more focused than our other establishments, with exquisite surf-and-turf options. We also serve Iberico pork chops with Calvados apple gastrique, a sweet and sour reduction of apple cider vinegar and apple brandy. You’ll receive a wine pairing suggestion, or you can choose your own from our extensive wine menu, organized within each category from lightest to fullest. It’s truly a place to savor the finer things.
5. Stix
Asian food is a part of the menu at several of our establishments. At Stix, however, it’s the main focus. Check out the noodle bar with favorites such as pho, teriyaki and sushi. Start with classic egg drop soup or imperial wonton soup, or maybe you want to go straight for the pho. Choose between beef, chicken or shrimp — or you could beeline to the seafood noodle.
Try out how the fish cake and shiitake mushrooms meld. Whether you’re a sushi novice or fiend, you’ll find something to crave again and again. You can also order a variety of rolls with the Californian or the Spicy combo, where you get four different rolls to taste.
6. Snax
Enjoying a long night at the gaming tables? This snack bar can indulge any of your cravings, either sweet or salty. Our only kitchen that is open 24/7, Snax is available to you whenever you need it.
Lighter fare includes yogurt granola parfaits, clam chowder, chili or our all-beef hot dogs. More substantial fare includes sandwiches, pizza, tacos and chicken tenders. For just snacking, stock up on cookies, candy, chips, our irresistible fudge brownies or a soft pretzel — salted or plain with cheese sauce. All your favorites, all in one place!
7. Sweets
No matter the size of your sweet tooth, this coffee and pastry center is ready to wake you up and sweeten the deal. At Sweets, pastries and cappuccinos are available every day of the week from 7:30am to 6:30pm. This setup is meant more for to-go orders, but there is seating available at Stix, Snax and the Main Stage Bar.
Need a salad? We have you covered, from classic chicken Caesar and turkey Cobb to Italian antipasto and spinach with berries. There’s fruit, yogurt and even a Häagen-Dazs ice cream bar — if it’s sweet, it can be found here!
8. Corner Market
If you’re on the move and your stomach starts growling, the Corner Market has you covered. Quick grab-n-go options are all the rage here, with a more expanded menu than Sweets or Snax. Fruit, yogurt and salads are available, as well as sushi in 8-piece or 12-piece containers, hot and cold sandwiches and drinks in cans and bottles. Hot favorites here include empanadas, stuffed pretzels, sliced pizzas and buffalo wings.
